Hope is part of my series Faith, Hope and Love
I created this series when my mother was terminally ill. I wanted to create something that described how I felt at that time. Something that was a dedication to her and also a way of expressing my pain and grief into something beautiful.
So this collection was born. Hope is a mixed media piece that is textured, bright and beautiful and the emotion that was poured into this was very real and gave me a way to express what I was going through and feeling in that moment. Art is wonderful that way, it helps to process my feelings whilst creating something soulful and with impact.
