This 3 piece set comprises 2 miniatures 25cm w x 25cm h and 1 larger piece 40cm h x 30cm w
The larger piece is mixed media and acrylic and the two miniatures are acrylic
This set was inspired by the white standard roses in our garden. My husband is an avid gardener and his roses are spectacular, particularly in spring.
I was walking through the garden one afternoon and I spotted the roses in full bloom. I was instantly inspired by the idea of capturing them in an abstract way. So I set to work in my studio and began to create this set.

THE FINISH
The painting has been created on artist quality 100% cotton canvas and finished with gloss varnish, protecting the longevity and enhancing the vibrancy of the colours.
